COMMISSION TERMS
OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ

In these terms, "I" refers to the artist, MaRoFu, "you" refers to the customer/commissioner, "artwork" and "art" refers to the final product offered.By sending in a request, you agree to the following terms:1. I can refuse you a commission, not respond to a request, or invalidate your commission for any reason.2. After I approve your request, you will pay the first half of the commission price. No further work will commence until you pay this initial fee.3. I highly encourage you to be lenient with me in regards to time, but I will try my best to get your drawing done within a month or two after starting at the latest.4. I will submit WIPs of your art to you for approval via direct message on the platform you submitted your request on as I work on it. Suggestions are strongly encouraged.5. Unless the artwork is already finished, do NOT leak any WIPs or screenshots I send to you without permission.6. Once the artwork is finished, you will be sent a watermarked version of the piece. You must then pay the latter half of the commission price before you can get the unwatermarked version.7. If you tell me that you refuse to or are unable to pay the second half of the price (or if you do not make the payment within a month), the unwatermarked piece will simply be withheld, and the commission will immediately cease. The first half of the price will not be refunded to you. You may be denied my services permanently if you do this without specifying to me a valid reason.8. Refunds initiated by the commissioner can only be done for colored sketches before the colors are finished, and for complete artworks before the line art is finished. Rough sketches are not refundable. If you choose to get a refund, $2 of what you paid will be withheld as a refund fee.9. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund without fees, including for rough sketches.10. If you do not respond to my messages within a month, then your commission will be assumed to be abandoned and you will have to pay for another request if this occurs. You will or will not receive an automatic refund (with the refund fee included) based on the criteria in section 8.11. Please be polite and considerate. Rude commissioners will risk having their commission invalidated.12. When a commission is invalidated, you do not receive any refund and you must pay for another commission if this occurs.13. You (the commissioner) will have the final say in where the art is posted. If the art is being posted to somewhere other than my social media profiles, please give me credit. Leaving me uncredited or claiming that you or another party created the art piece will result in you being denied any future commissions from me.14. Any art I make as a part of a commission cannot be used for commercial purposes, resold for any reason, minted, or traced.15. Your commission will NOT be accepted if the artwork or any parts of the creation process will be used in a database/training system for any artificial intelligence (AI) automatic image/artwork generator, credited or not. Such a request must be directed to my business email. Failure to comply with this will result in permanent denial of services.16. All requests or proposals that involve the use of my art for commercial purposes MUST be directed to my business email.17. You may use any commissioned art, with proper credit, for all non-commercial purposes, personal use, or free redistribution.18. However, I, the artist, maintain all rights to all artworks I create, and can request that my artwork not be used for purposes that I deem to be inappropriate. Refusal to cooperate with such requests may result in you being denied future commissions, in addition to other possible repercussions depending on the severity of the situation.
